Karratha Arts and Community Precinct
The Red Earth Arts Precinct is a stunning community building in Karratha bringing arts and culture to the City of Karratha and the wider Pilbara community.
The precinct comprises the following key components:
- 450+ seat theatre (performing arts);
- Rooftop cinema;
- Outdoor event space / Amphitheatre;
- Staff administration office accommodation; and
- State of the art Library incorporating local history.
The Decor Systems Australia team worked closely with the design team at Peter Hunt Architects to deliver on their exciting vision for this challenging project.
The DecorZen perforated acoustic panels create a unique statement for patrons upon entering the facility, delivering a ceiling that is visually stunning and acoustically brilliant as well as being totally compliant with the Building Code of Australia.
