Monthly Spin The Wheel
Each person in our business works by the Decor System values and is nominated each month to spin the wheel when they demonstrate behaviours that align with them. Several prizes are available from a coffee to a house clean to a weekend away! It's how we reward high performance.
Outbound Game
Our sales team participates in the 'Outbound' game where they nominate prizes upon reaching specific point milestones, earned through achieving sales initiatives and targets. This incentivised approach benefits all parties involved, resulting in a win-win scenario!

A sense of pride and togetherness exists within the Decor Systems team and for me, personally, loyalty. I am proud to represent a company that is well known and held in high esteem by architects, builders and subcontractors. For over two decades I have watched, contributed and loved every minute of being part of the company’s growth and feel gratified that I have been on board for that journey.
Decor Systems has seen significant growth since I commenced employment here. One of the things I enjoy most about working at Decor Systems is that every employee plays a critical role in the company’s success. The culture of the company is very close knit and team focused, with a very non-hierarchical management structure. Honesty and transparency are key values we all uphold as we strive for continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
Since day one Decor Systems has made a feel a welcomed and valued contributor to the team. Everyone is willing to listen to their colleague’s point of view, respecting their ideas and opinions. With such a range of projects and capabilities, each day is different and has a renewed challenge; as a team we look forward to facing each project with fresh energy and dynamism!
The culture at Decor Systems inspires me daily. My colleagues are smart, driven and hard-working but there are plenty of laughs too. I have a really enjoyable balance of autonomous work as well as collaborative teamwork and have been fortunate to work on a huge range of exciting projects including the re-brand and new website. Decor Systems has lofty goals for the future which fuels me to show up and work hard. It is a rewarding environment that acknowledges hard work but also offers ork life balance and fun.
Working for Decor Systems over the last 5 years has given me the unique opportunity to work on landmark award-winning architectural projects.
The company has a family business feel to it, where your daily actions have a direct impact on the outcomes of the business and your colleagues. Along with this Decor Systems punches above its weight and its growth mindset never holds us back from venturing into new territory and investing in staff and new manufacturing capabilities.
I especially enjoy partnering with the growing community of forward-thinking clients, contractors and architects who keep coming back to us to leave a positive mark on the industry. I am in a fortunate position where my role allows me to represent the company on a daily basis, connecting our business directly to the market and helping inspire and enhance the designs and function of interior spaces.
Often on some of the most breathtaking projects in the country. I truly think Decor Systems is only scratching the surface of its true potential. Very exciting times!
Decor Systems is an awesome place to work! From day 1 I felt incredibly welcome and instantly part of the Décor tribe. The business invests in top-class systems, top-class marketing and Grade people.
