Clocktower Bar
Located on Level 9 of Sydney's iconic Shell House, the Clocktower Bar showcases the architectural finesse and nostalgic charm of the 1930s Art Deco period. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and constructed by Buildcorp, this captivating establishment exudes an ambience of heritage and grandeur.
The bar's interior is adorned with timber panelling, meticulously selected to capture the essence of the era. Utilising DecorZen and DecorStyle in a stunning Jarrah Natural Timber Veneer finish, the space emanates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Employing a secret fix system, the wooden panels seamlessly integrate, resulting in a flawless and uninterrupted aesthetic.
Our products harmonise perfectly with the project's heritage and Art Deco theme. Through careful sampling we were able to match the colours and textures to the space, complementing the overarching architectural narrative.
The result is an enchanting and distinctive bar that demands a visit from anyone in the area. Step into the Clocktower Bar to experience a unique blend of history, style, and contemporary allure—a captivating space that transports patrons to a bygone era while offering an unforgettable ambience for indulging in conversation and relaxation.
