ACU Veritas Library
Mind Expanding.
The light-filled, expansive Veritas Building is the heart of the Canberra Campus of the Australian Catholic University. The contemporary building was created to enhance student experiences and facilitate modern pedagogy. The students were always firmly at the centre of the design which needed to not only inspire minds, but to deliver on acoustic excellence and green construction.
In order to achieve the perfect blend of design and function, Decor Systems was commissioned to bring acoustic control that looks as stunning as it sounds. Using a mix of products, the beautiful project features acoustic linings from the DecorSlat, DecorZen and Vogl ranges. These three products combine to deliver superior acoustic performance that allows the students to focus on learning.
The building achieved a well deserved 5 Star Green Star – Design and As Built v1.1 certified rating.
