“I am prompted to write to you in this occasion to acknowledge and to thank you for the quality of service offered by your company. Recently we had received a consignment in Armidale NSW, unfortunately 65% if this consignment was damaged on arrival. The transporting company appropriately photographed the damage for verification and insurance purposes.
After relating the matter to your staff I was informed immediately that the damaged portion of the consignment would be replaced free of charge without hesitation. I was also informed that it wasn’t necessary to send the photographs or the damaged product for verification and the new consignment would be dispatched the next day. The manner in which this complaint was received and dealt with was in deed impressive. You can be assured of our continued support and custom.”
