Named after the conversion experience of the school’s patron, St Paul, on the road to Damascus, this facility houses the new school library and a number of classrooms and break-out spaces, providing the students with an open plan learning environment.
The key challenge of this project was a large number of panels in various sizes that also need to be curved. The panels also need to have consistency in colours and finish right throughout the project.
The success of this project was due to our close working with builders and installers to achieve the specified design, and the quality of our product and its performance.
Featuring extensive use of natural light, complemented with widespread use of Decor panels, the project outcome has exceeded all expectations.
Designed by Quinn O’Hanlon Architects, this innovative project has won a number of awards, including:
- NSW Master Builders of NSW award for Private Schools $1,000,000-$5,000,000
- Newcastle Architecture Awards - Education Category.
Decor Systems are delighted to have been closely associated with yet another cutting-edge, award winning project.
