At Decor, ongoing communication with our clients is part of our DNA! It is critical to the project success of ensuring not only the customer is delighted, but that  he also knows how/when the order is progressing, changes are documented and agreed on and all parties are on the same page.

We have been delighted to work with the Georgiou Group recently on the Curtin University Project in WA. It was a challenging job that required our team to work closely with the client to ensure on time delivery. On conclusion, the Project Manager sent the following note thanking the Decor Team.

“Thanks Denis and Tracey (the Decor Systems team) for your assistance and good communication while the manufacture and delivery (for the project) has been getting sorted”.

We always get a buzz when we receive an appraisal from a customer. It is the true testament to one of our core missions which is ensuring our customers are truly delighted with our services.
