We have just installed over 500sqm of Decor Systems Vogl perforated plasterboard into Wesley College with Taylor Robinson Architects.
Initially I was worried with the installation as I had only allowed for standard plasterboard. I was surprised to hear my men had flushed the whole ceiling in one day when I had allowed for a whole week. As a result this was a saving of 4 days’ site time which worked out at around 5k.
More than happy to be a recommended installer for Decor Systems’ Vogl product line and will definitely be keen to use it again.

The cost for panel systems will be determined by material substrate, thickness, perforation shape, size and spacing, as well as other factors such as additional finishing and fabricating services.
When placing your order, be sure to consider the following items:
State the number of sheets or square metres required.
Specify the thickness of the sheet material.
State the type of material required, i.e., MDF, plywood, fibre cement, plasterboard, etc. Then make sure to include the finish/laminate/colour etc. that you need.
Unless otherwise specified, the length is the long dimension of the sheet.
Use the following checklist items to describe your needs:
Specify the size of the hole/slot/etc.
Specify Square pitch, or Diamond pitch, etc.
This should be specified as the distance between hole centres.
Specify unperforated border to perimeter of the sheet.
